Most cars are less than 6 months and never more than 1 year old.
All models shown are for example purposes only and may be substituted for alternative vehicles without prior notice.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Unlimitted km, all taxes, airport fee, public liability and property damage insurance, CDW and TP Delivery/collection at Airport. .

COLLOSION DAMAGE WAIWER (CDW)
Included with no excess.

THEFT PROTECTION (TP)
Included with no excess.

NOT INCLUDED
Petrol, damage to tires, interior, window and glasses top and bottom of vehicle and fines is not possible to insure at any Spanish Insurence company. For only 22€ you can get an insurance for damage to tires window glasses, and rim with no excess (except for rentals of 4 days or less when the price is 12€), can only be ordered by arrival. Theft of personal effects, towing, interior, top and bottom of vehicle and fines is not possible to insure at any Spanish Insurence company. Please order this extra Insurance at the office before pick up your car.

LIMMIT FOR USING OF THE HIRED CAR
There is a limmit to drive the Car only in Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar. No other countries! You want travel to France? To drive into France you can purchase an additional insurance of 7€ per day on arrival. Europa Goldcar airport employees will offer this insurance only after request from you.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING
If you not return the car without to inform us before return time, on the drop off day we charge you the rental price + a penalty of 15 euro per day. It is legally not allowed to drive without notice in the contract for an extension.

IF YOU RETURN THE CAR VERY DIRTY
(dog hairs, loads of sand, paint, etc) you accept us to charge your credit card up to 120€ for a special cleaning.

PETROL
Pay for full tank. Return empty. No refund. The exception to this rule is for hire periods of 3 days or less when we credit your credit card with the equivalent value of the fuel left in the tank. Or return with full tank. (No cash payment possible)

IF YOU REFUEL THE CAR WITH THE WRONG FUEL
(diesel instead of petrol or petrol instead of diesel) you have to pay the cleaning of the tank and all the other consequences

AGE LIMITS
Drivers must be over 21 years and have held a driving license (international driving license only for non EU citizen) for a minimum of 12 months. no maximum age restriction or surcharge.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER
All additional drivers 2€ a day max 10€. Name must be in contract. Limit max 3 drivers! The total price not include additional driver.

AFTER HOURS PICK UP & RETURN
No additional charge.

BABY SEAT
Should be requested as an extra at time of reservation. Can be paid locally at 2.50€ per Day.

Maximum charge of 30€ per rental. This means that we charge 2.50€ per day but with a maximim charge of 30€ per rental.

Majorca, Gran Canary, Tenerife
You may not leave the Islands with our cars, It’s an Insurance matter, we are not able to offer any additional Insurance for the time.
